This day right here is the day I felt most satisfied with my life. Not only did I feel satisfied but this was the happiest day of my life (this far).

I wasn’t even sure if I would pass with the way I ran my practical. I was dirty as hell, unorganized and fucked up an item or 2. But I passed my practical and passed my overall level 3 - Cakes & Pastries. Now it’s on to level 4B - Patisserie. So excited for chocolate work, sugar work, wedding cakes, and all the finer french pastries. So lame and excited! And now that I am back in demo weeks I will be back on tumblr more :D
